- Standard shipping rates apply for orders below Rs. 499 (cost calculated at checkout).
- Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the chosen carrier's standard lead times. These are typically:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
- Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real-time delivery updates.
Returns
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Products showing wear, tear, damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
- Software, digital downloads, and consumables may have different return policies (refer to specific product pages).
- Initiating a Return: Contact Opie Customer Support at support@opie.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

- Refunds: Once we receive and verify your returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
