Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Processing :
We process all orders within 24 business hours of a confirmed payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your purchase is complete.
Shipping Costs :
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Opie orders of Rs. 499 or more. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates will apply and will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Delivery Estimates :
We partner with a wide network of reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
Order Tracking :
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also track your package directly from your account. Simply log in to your Opie Account, go to "My Orders", select the specific sales order, and click on the tracking ID located under "Delivery Orders" .

Our 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. This return window begins from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Simple Steps to Return an Item

Create a Support Ticket.
Visit the 'Opie Support' page on our website and submit a support ticket. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Attach Photos.
If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear images. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Item.
Once you receive the RMA, carefully pack the item and our Delivery agent will pickup the return.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Products showing wear, tear, damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
- Software, digital downloads, and consumables may have different return policies (refer to specific product pages).
- Initiating a Return: Contact Opie Customer Support at support@opie.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. However, Opie may cover these costs in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds: Once we receive and verify your returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
