Orders & Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Opie orders over Rs. 499. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your package.

We partner with leading third-party logistics providers like Shiprocket to offer a wide network of delivery options. Our goal is to use express delivery to get your Opie order to you as quickly as possible.

We aim for express delivery within 2-3 business days for most major metropolitan areas. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 7 business days for your delivery.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also track your package directly from your account. Simply log in, go to "My Orders", select the specific sales order, and click on the tracking ID located under "Delivery Orders".

Yes, Opie is a brand proudly manufactured by Upadhyay Group in our state-of-the-art facility in Dombivli, Maharashtra, India. When you buy Opie, you are supporting a quality-first, "Make in India" brand.

Opie offers a premium range of mobile and laptop accessories. Our product lineup includes high-speed chargers, durable cables, portable power banks, ergonomic laptop stands, and more.

Every Opie product is backed by a manufacturing warranty. The specific warranty period varies by product, so please refer to the product page for detailed information on your item's warranty.

For most products, simple plug-and-play functionality is all you need. For advanced accessories like laptop stands or hubs, a user manual is included in the packaging. You can also contact our support team for assistance.

Returns & Support

We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Certain products like opened software or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you must create a support ticket. Log in to your account, click on 'Opie Support', provide the reason for your return, and attach any necessary images. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process within 24 hours.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number to request a cancellation.

Account & General

You can create your Opie account in two easy ways:

  • Click on 'Sign In' from the top menu and fill out the registration form.
  • Choose Google Sign-In for a faster registration process that bypasses the manual form.

On the sign-in page, click the 'Forgot Password' link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
